5 Minute Morning Routine

Research shows that exercise first thing in the morning helps to release positive endorphins that keep you positive and energised for the day, as well as helping you to get fit!

Using your Praep ProPilot, or try it yourself without, this intense but short workout is the perfect way to start the morning. 

 

These are the exercises:

  • 45 sec Squats
  • 15 sec Rest
  • 45 sec ProPilot® PushUps
  • 15 sec Rest
  • 45 sec ProPilot® Split Jumps
  • 15 sec Rest
  • 45 sec ProPilot® Crunches
  • 15 sec Rest
  • 45 sec ProPilot® Speed Climbers
  • 15 sec Rest
